Two-Level Partner Program

To website and platform owners we offer a two-level Partner Program to attract new clients. By participating, you can earn from every exchange made by users who came through your affiliate link.

By registering in our Client program through your link, such a user is permanently assigned to you and themselves becomes your 2nd-Level Partner. If they start inviting their own users through their affiliate link, you will receive additional reward of up to 10% from all of their exchanges — this is exactly what makes our Partner Program two-level.

To attract clients, there is a wide range of advertising links and banners in various formats. You can also embed a full exchange form of our service into your website and start earning a stable passive income.

You will receive 30% of the service profit from every exchange made by a user through your link, as well as all subsequent exchanges of that user when they return on their own (a cookie will be set).

Partner Program features

• Partner reward of 30% of the service profit for every exchange made through your affiliate link;
• 2nd-level partner reward of 10% (if this amount is at least the minimum accrual amount) of your 1st-level Partner's profit;
• Reward is paid even for non-profit and negative exchanges;
• Cookie is set for the user to accrue reward from their subsequent exchanges;
• Statistics for the last 20 exchanges made through your affiliate link;
• Withdraw partner reward in any exchanger currency;

Partner Program Terms

These Terms constitute a public offer of the SuperChange service (hereinafter — the "Service") and define the procedure for participating in the Partner Program. Registration in the Partner Program and/or use of an affiliate link constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. In case of disagreement with any of the provisions, participation in the Partner Program is not allowed.

1. Subject

• The Service grants the Partner the opportunity to receive a reward for attracting new users who make exchanges through the Partner's affiliate link.
• The Program is two-level: the Partner receives a reward both from the exchanges of users they attracted (1st level) and from the exchanges of users attracted by their 2nd-Level Partners.

2. Affiliate link and assignment

• A user who follows an affiliate link and registers in the Client program is permanently assigned to the Partner.
• To account for the attracted user's subsequent exchanges, the Service uses a cookie. The Partner acknowledges that if the user deletes the cookie before registration, the assignment may not be retained, and the Service bears no responsibility for this.

3. Reward

• The Partner is credited 30% of the Service profit for each exchange of an attracted user (1st level).
• Additionally, up to 10% of the profit of 1st-level Partners is credited (2nd level), provided the accrual amount is not below the minimum.
• The reward is calculated solely from the Service's actual profit on a specific exchange. For non-profit and negative exchanges the reward is accrued in accordance with the Program rules and may be zero.
• The reward is not guaranteed income and depends on the activity of attracted users and exchange-rate conditions.

4. Accrual and withdrawal of funds

• The accumulated reward is available for withdrawal once it reaches the minimum withdrawal amount specified for the corresponding currency in the table above.
• The Partner may receive and convert the reward in any of the Service's available currencies.
• Withdrawal is made upon the Partner's request to the details they provide; the Partner is responsible for the correctness of those details.

5. Partner's obligations and restrictions

• Promotion of the affiliate link by means of mass mailings (spam) in any form is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to register additional accounts using one's own affiliate link, as well as any other actions to artificially inflate the reward (self-referral, fraud, abuse).
• It is prohibited to mislead users regarding the Service, its terms and its affiliation.
• Promotion must be carried out by lawful means and must not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

6. Liability and sanctions

• In case of violation of these Terms, the Service has the right to suspend accruals, cancel the accrued reward, block the partner account and refuse payment.
• The Service does not compensate lost profit or other costs associated with participation in the Program.

7. Changes to the terms and termination of participation

• The Service has the right to make changes to these Terms and the Program parameters at any time (including reward amounts and minimum sums); the current version is posted on this page.
• Either party may terminate participation in the Program unilaterally. The accumulated reward accrued without violations remains available for withdrawal once the minimum threshold is reached.
